All consignors must make an appointment.
We do not take consignment on Mondays!
Please examine your items carefully in strong daylight before bringing them to us for consignment.
After your consignment appointment, we will inspect and price your items. Items found to be unsellable or flawed at inspection must be picked up by the consignor within two weeks or they will be donated. Items found to be flawed any time after inspection will be donated.
All donations are made to a community charity and recorded. Upon request, we can email you an inventory status report or a donation letter with an itemized list of donated items for tax purposes.
Your consignment period is 120 days. The initial selling price of an item and all subsequent discounts will be controlled by The Mens Room. We reserve the right to run sales and promotions at any time. Consignors will receive 50% of each item's selling price. Sold items are available for payment on the 15th of the following month. Consignor payments are issued only upon the consignor’s request. PAYMENTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON MONDAYS.
The Mens Room will make every effort to protect your items, but we will not be liable for items lost or damaged by fire, vandalism, theft, try-on, smoke or water damage, or natural disasters. All responsibility for the items remains with the consignor. The Mens Room will remain blameless against any harm, and the consignor will not be compensated.
You may have your items disposed of in one of two ways at the end of your consignment period:
